Anaheim Marriott is a Disneyland Good Neighbour Hotel within walking distance of the parks, and a few hundred yards from the Convention Center. The other significant 'bad' is the price. The hotel advertises rates starting at $139/nighttime, and at that place are many dates where rooms are bachelor for that rate in the side by side few months.
